House Details
The Atlantic Beach House is a custom-built 3,000 square foot home, located just steps from beautiful Wells Beach. This house is the perfect retreat for your next vacation. Sip your morning coffee on the deck as you enjoy the sunrise over the Atlantic Ocean and end your day with cocktails and sunset view of the marsh.
This 6 bed/7 bath home comes fully furnished with everything you will need for your stay including bed linens, bath towels and beach chairs. Each bedroom has its own full bathroom, closet, bureau, flat screen TV and bed linens. Infant crib/pack and play available upon request.
Rental fee includes Wi-Fi, parking for up to 3 cars, and private access to the beach.

Full house rental is required in-season at a weekly rate (Saturday-Saturday). Off season option to rent either 4 or 6 bedrooms. Please contact us for off season split house rates.
Refundable damage deposit of $1,500 and 50% of rental fee required at time of booking. Remaining balance due 60 days prior to arrival.
Signed contract required. Rates are only guaranteed for confirmed reservations.
Cancelations made more than 60 days prior to arrival will result in a 100% refund. Cancelations made between 30-60 days prior to arrival will result in a 50% refund. No refunds for cancelations less than 30 days prior to arrival.
